An intense nose with ripe peach, tropical mango and papaya along with melon and honey poached pear. An off-dry palate balanced by crisp acidity and savoury spice, apple peel and citrus peel on the finish. Lovely fruit followed by a crispness that will keep you fully refreshed and will stand up to hot pepper and spice.
Located on the valley floor below Macintyre Bluff, Oliver BC, the grapes were de-stemmed and fermented cold in stainless steel tanks. Blending and bottling took place mid September to bring our dream to your table.
